Prompt replies were the one positive
Before I purchased the WFHI software and training package, I had several questions about how the database feature and calling tools would work daily. While the responses I received were prompt and clear, it wasn’t always easy reaching the right person in the support chain quickly. Communication was mostly functional but lacked warmth and patience that could have made me feel more confident upfront. The explanation about the automatic updates and their impact was a bit vague until I dug deeper on my own during the onboarding process. Sign-up and payment details were fairly standard, so I didn’t have major issues there. However, the initial interactions left me uncertain whether I fully understood the extent of software capabilities and how much hands-on training would be necessary. The one thing that stood out was how quickly I got answers when I finally connected with support by telephone, which was helpful in making some decisions. Still, the overall experience before buying didn’t inspire complete trust, and I think more detailed upfront communication would benefit potential customers.
