Expected a better fit for my hours but got something else
When I first signed up, I thought the software and training would align closely with my actual working hours, meaning I could seamlessly use the dialer and database features during my preferred slots. In reality, the scheduling and update timings often clashed, making it difficult to integrate into my routine. Other providers I’ve tried before felt more flexible, and WFHI's software seemed a bit rigid by comparison. The sign-up and invoicing processes were standard and mostly fine, but they didn’t offer much in terms of tailoring payment dates to client needs. Support was available but didn’t quite compensate for the scheduling mismatches; the team wasn’t proactive in helping adjust the hours effectively. Overall, I expected a more customized experience given the claims, but it felt like I needed to mold my work patterns around the software, not the other way round. This left me somewhat disappointed, as I hoped for a better fit for my personal workflow hours.
