It clicked only after some back and forth
Looking back, I realize that the explanations I got during support calls weren’t always immediately clear to me. The onboarding and training generally covered the key points, but there were moments when I was left confused about how the dialer and database integrated into my daily workflow. At first, automatic updates and invoicing seemed straightforward, but I had to revisit some tutorials later, when I hit issues with the calling tools. It was only after a few follow-up conversations and tinkering around the software that it finally made sense. The support team was patient, but I felt that some instructions could have been broken down more simply. I appreciated the telephonic guidance eventually but wished initial explanations were more digestible to prevent repeated clarifications. Reflecting now, the moment it clicked was when I understood how the database feature feeds into the dialer to streamline calls, that connection being key for me. Maybe with more experience or more focused training, it would click faster for others. Still, it took time before I was truly comfortable with all aspects of the product and the invoicing process felt less mysterious.
