Looking back, getting fully operational with the WFHI software took more time than I initially thought it would. The training was comprehensive, but the onboarding process, especially connecting the call dialer with my existing database, involved a few trial-and-error phases. The automatic updates helped improve some features along the way, but I also had to adjust to changes that sometimes disrupted my flow temporarily. Signing up and handling the payment and invoicing was hassle-free, which I appreciated. While the telephonic support was responsive, it sometimes felt that waiting for responses during set-up slowed me down. Over time, after practicing the training modules and getting familiar with the calling tools, I managed to streamline my workflow effectively. So, the end result was positive, but it definitely wasn’t an instant setup. It took persistent effort to get comfortable with all the aspects and to integrate everything smoothly. If I were to do it again, I’d probably set aside more time to learn and experiment with the software's features properly before relying on it fully.
