Expectation vs Reality in the Sales Process Experience
Before purchasing, I expected a seamless and transparent sales process based on their online descriptions. Unfortunately, what I received was somewhat inconsistent. The initial sign-up and payment steps appeared straightforward, but the immediate follow-ups and invoicing felt more complicated than anticipated. Although the pre-purchase explanations promised comprehensive support and smooth onboarding, I found the actual process less clear, with occasional delays and confusing communication. On the plus side, I appreciated the aim for regular automatic updates which I hoped would improve functionality. However, the training sessions were less engaging than expected, leaving me uncertain about fully utilizing the software’s features. The database and calling tools were functional but lacked some intuitiveness I had hoped for. Overall, the mismatch between what was expected and what actually happened led to a somewhat disappointing experience, though I acknowledge that some aspects like payment processing were handled adequately. I wish the sales process had better prepared me for the nuances of using the software itself and the onboarding journey thereafter.
