Surprisingly clear sales process and explanations
I was actually quite pleasantly surprised by how transparent and straightforward the explanations were before making a purchase. The sales team did an excellent job breaking down what the software could do, and also what the training would cover. They didn’t rush me through the sign-up or invoicing steps either, so I always knew what was expected next. I appreciated the clarity about automatic updates and how those would be handled without me needing to do much. It helped me feel more confident going forward, which isn’t always the case for me when buying new tech services online. The overall communication was clear, and I felt well informed without being overwhelmed.
