This would suit someone who doesn't mind a confusing start
I tried to follow the billing process and it just felt out of place, especially when I reached the payment step before the account setup was fully confirmed. That moment was frustrating because the order of steps did not feel natural; you expect to settle everything clearly after the initial sign-up, but here it was the other way around. This didn't give me much peace of mind about what was running or pending. The invoicing was unclear too, making me second guess if I had made the right choice. Other parts of the onboarding, like software installation or access, were vague and seemed to demand a lot of guesswork rather than clear guidance. Telephonic support didn’t help much when I was stuck at this phase. They insisted the steps were standard but that just added to my confusion. I think this whole system would only suit someone comfortable with a bit of trial and error during sign-ups and payment, not the kind of clear, step-by-step experience most users might want. I personally found it overly complicated and would hesitate to recommend it based on my experience so far.
