Payment setup was the only part standing out
Honestly, the sign-up and invoicing process made me hopeful, with straightforward steps and clear options for payment. But as soon as I moved on from there, a lot of the payment details and billing terms were something I had to figure out myself, which was frustrating. The automatic invoicing didn’t seem well explained beforehand, and I had to spend time understanding charges and schedules. Support wasn’t able to help much over the phone about these specifics either. It felt like the whole billing side was neglected, even though the software itself had potential. I expected a smoother setup when it came to payments, as it’s a pretty vital part of continued use. Instead, I wound up stuck with unclear information, which is not what I want from a professional platform. Apart from that, the rest of the workflow tools seemed promising, and I appreciate the idea of updates happening automatically. But billing left a poor impression that overshadowed it all. It’s a shame because the software and training were otherwise straightforward. For me personally, the self-service aspect around billing was disappointing. I hope this area is improved soon so users aren’t left scrambling to understand their invoices and payments with little help. That would make the platform truly user-friendly from start to finish.
