I ended up understanding what I was getting into
So before actually buying the software, I was mostly curious about how clear the explanations would be and whether I would be able to manage the onboarding on my own. During the pre-purchase phase, the sales and invoicing process was pretty straightforward and nicely laid out. I appreciated how the team walked me through the payment steps without making it feel pushy or complicated. I also liked that the software’s features, especially the database and calling tools, were explained well enough for me to understand how they might fit into my work routine. There was this one part during the onboarding where I got a bit confused by some of the labels used in the dashboard, but the training materials helped me clear that up quickly. Overall, it was a smooth experience and I felt confident to commit once all the details were made clear without pressure or vague promises. The invoicing was clear, and payment collection seamless, which made the decision easier. Not a perfect system, but the clarity made a big difference for me.
