Too much effort before even buying anything
Honestly, the pre-purchase process felt longer than it should have. I had to go through a number of steps that seemed repetitive and out of order, which was disappointing. The sales rep gave info but it seemed like bits of the explanation were missing or came too late to make sense. Signing up was straightforward enough, but the onboarding seemed disconnected from what I was told during the sales conversations. The training info arrived late and was not well integrated with the software itself. I had to reach out multiple times just to get a clear picture of the next steps after payment. Everything felt like a hassle rather than streamlined. This is all the more frustrating because I had made clear what I wanted early on but still had to explain myself repeatedly. I get that remote workflow software involves many features, but this was not well presented from the start. I don’t think the order of how things were lined up for me made practical sense and it took too much effort to navigate the process. I was ready to start fast, but the effort required to understand the buying journey made me weary and took away confidence.
