The moment it finally clicked after too many tries
Getting started with the WFHI software definitely took longer than I hoped. I remember spending a few days trying to set up the calling dialer and connect all the database features with my remote workflow. It felt like each time I thought I had everything ready, a step was missing or something didn’t sync up right. Honestly, by the time I really clicked was when I stopped expecting instant perfection and just patiently followed all the onboarding instructions again. Once the pieces aligned and the dialer responded smoothly during calls, the whole setup felt natural. I was about to give up when the training material finally made sense and the software updates didn’t suddenly break anything. I guess it's not uncommon with these systems, but sharing this might help someone else avoid the same frustration. It’s not as instant or plug-and-play as I wished, but once functioning, the software met its promise well enough for my remote work.
