expected a smooth ride but got daily errors
I was hoping for something that just works day to day but honestly this software was a big letdown. Every day there were glitches, like dialer freezing and database loading issues that just made everything frustrating. I thought support would help fix things quickly but sometimes calls would drop or they couldn't resolve my problem right away. Signing up was simple enough, but afterwards the experience just didn’t meet what I expected based on all the promises. It felt like I wasted my time trying to get the tools running smoothly and everyday tasks were a struggle with unreliable software. Overall very disappointing experience for me.
