Frustrated feeling because nothing went as expected
Looking back at my experience with the WFHI software and access, I realize it was more frustrating than helpful. From the moment I tried to log in, I faced multiple errors that weren’t resolved promptly. The application seemed unstable, crashing a few times when I was trying to use the dialer, which directly impacted my ability to test the calling tools effectively. I remember the hope I had initially that the platform would support a smooth workflow, but it unfortunately didn’t live up to that. When things went wrong, which happened often, I contacted the telephonic support, but the responses were slow and often seemed generic, like they hadn’t fully understood the issue. This experience kept recurring until I stopped using the software altogether. Reflecting on the onboarding process, I thought it was going to orient me better to avoid these problems, but the instructions were vague and didn’t prepare me for the glitches of daily use. The database feature also didn’t sync correctly, adding to the mistakes and confusion. The worst part was the continuous cycle of waiting for updates that promised fixes but never delivered enough to make the software reliable. My frustration grew over time as the billing process continued despite my limited use. This review comes after a long pause, as I hoped things might improve, but honestly, if access and support remain lacking, this would not be an experience I’d recommend to others who need dependable remote work software.
