Surprisingly had to figure a lot solo
So, I signed up for the training and onboarding thinking it would guide me step-by-step, but honestly, I ended up piecing together a lot myself. The initial walkthrough was a bit thin on detail, which surprised me because I expected more hand-holding, especially given it’s all remote work stuff that sounds complicated. I had to spend time clicking around and watching videos not clearly linked in sequence to understand how to use the dialer properly. The database setup was another spot where I felt lost until I just experimented for a while. It's not that the training was all bad — some parts actually made sense and were helpful. Still, the overall experience left me circling back to that one point: I probably spent more time figuring things out on my own than I’d anticipated, which was unexpected. Just wish a bit more easy-to-follow guidance would have been there initially, not after I stumbled.
