So, when I first looked at the software and training offered, I liked the idea. Signing up was pretty simple, and the invoicing was fairly clear, so that part worked well for me. But then when I tried to get into the training materials and use the dialer, I found the wording a bit confusing. Sometimes, labels and prompts made me stop and think about what exactly I was supposed to do next. That made the onboarding feel slower than I had hoped. On the flip side, the customer support was reachable, and they helped clarify some things, which was definitely a plus. As I tried to figure the calling tools out over the week, I noticed some of the database features matched what I needed, but others didn’t really fit my workflow. I’m still going back and forth on whether the automatic updates are a help or a hindrance since they occasionally changed my settings without much warning. So, if I had to sum it up, I might do this again but with better prep or more patience. The initial sign-up and payment process were straightforward, which I appreciated, but the mixed clarity during training left me undecided. I guess it depends how much support I can get next time, but overall it's been a bit of a back-and-forth experience so far.
