I was surprised by how long setup took
Starting the evaluation process for WFHI software left me surprised by the amount of time it took to actually get everything going. From the initial signing-up, through the onboarding and until I could use the calling tools as intended, the gaps were longer than I expected. The database setup was also not as straightforward as I had anticipated, which added to the delay. The training sessions helped somewhat but did not speed up the timeline drastically. Payment confirmation and receiving the invoice happened without issue, which I will grant was smooth. However, the whole waiting period before operating at full capacity felt longer than I had prepared for, and that was a notable aspect. I didn’t find any of the individual features themselves problematic—it seemed more an issue with how everything was brought together in the early days. I would have expected a faster start rather than a drawn-out one, especially when using the dialer and software that should ideally onboard new users quickly.
