Orderly but not flawless: mixed workflow on software steps
When I first accessed the WFHI software, I found the stepwise flow mostly logical. The onboarding began with clear prompts about profile setup and moved on to configuring the dialer and database access. This made initial navigation straightforward, and I could get basic workflows running without much hassle. However, the transition between some parts felt abrupt, such as the shift from training modules to calling tools, which could have done with a better explanatory bridge. Also, while the software updated automatically in the background as promised, a couple of features didn’t activate as expected after those updates. They did reach out via phone support in a timely manner, explaining the required tweaks, but the back-and-forth added to the delay. Sign-up was smooth enough, though the invoicing page took several refreshes before fully loading my payment details. Overall, I appreciated the attempt at a sensible progression in the setup steps, but certain technical inconsistencies and interface flows meant the experience was less seamless than I hoped. Still, I can see the software’s potential and will keep using it while hoping for improvements in those areas.
