The moment it didn’t click was early on
From the beginning of the onboarding training, I found the steps were not in a very sensible order. The initial modules jumped into detailed software features before ensuring basic familiarity with the calling tools and dialer setup, which made it difficult to follow along effectively. This disjointed sequence meant I had to revisit earlier material repeatedly to understand what role each component played in the workflow. Moreover, the database feature was introduced later, rather than integrated within the early training, which caused further confusion about how it supported remote work management. Although some aspects of the training were clear when I finally reached them, the overall pace and flow felt poorly structured. The automatic updates during this period also changed some screen layouts unexpectedly, which complicated my ability to stay aligned with the training content. Telephonic support was available but didn’t usefully address my concerns about the training order. Therefore, the moment when it all clicked was delayed longer than one would expect, and I was left feeling the training program could benefit from reordering and clarification on basic concepts.
