Expected more flexible timings from the training, but some parts worked well
I anticipated the training and onboarding would fit exactly into my daily work hours, but it turned out to be a bit of a mixed experience. The initial sessions were conveniently scheduled and matched the hours I actually work, allowing me to absorb the information without conflict. However, as I progressed, some training modules required participation during times that clashed with my routine, which made staying consistent a challenge. The recorded materials helped compensate for this, and I appreciated their availability outside the scheduled live sessions. Onboarding itself was smooth, with the software orientation covering the basics effectively. Yet, the pacing didn't always sync with my workflow or preferred hours, making me juggle between training and actual work periods. I recognize that the flexibility of self-paced content balanced these issues somewhat, but I still hoped for more tailored timing options to better coordinate with individual schedules. Overall, the approach worked, but improvements regarding scheduling would enhance the experience, especially for those balancing diverse hours.
