Smooth onboarding called for one helpful training video
Getting started with the training and onboarding process had its highs and lows. One standout moment for me was the initial live demo session, which really clarified the basic steps of setting up the database and using the calling tools. That part went much better than I expected and gave me immediate confidence to carry on. However, outside of that, the rest of the onboarding felt a bit drawn out and somewhat vague, with mostly self-directed learning and occasional emailed instructions. I wasn't sure exactly how long it would take to be fully operational, and I found the overall pace slower than I hoped. The dialer tool was introduced fairly early on, and while it worked okay, I had to figure out some of the settings by trial and error due to limited interactive guidance. Similarly, the automatic updates to the software applied during my onboarding period added a wrinkle since I had to re-familiarize myself with some changed features without much support. They do offer telephonic support, which was responsive whenever I reached out, but I wished it was integrated more proactively during the critical first few days. All in all, I got going eventually with plenty of phone contact and self-study, but it was definitely a mixed experience with some strong points and others that could improve in clarity and speed of getting fully ready.
