Setup involved some one-off tasks, but overall ongoing use is smooth
When I first explored WFHI's service, I noticed that the initial setup required a definite effort with some one-off configurations like setting preferences, uploading data to the database, and installing calling tools. These steps took some time and required careful attention, which I expected. However, once this was done, the ongoing use of the software became much smoother. The automatic updates handled most maintenance tasks without needing user input, and the onboarding flow was designed to minimize repeated adjustments. Still, I consider the initial setup to be a bit demanding for someone expecting a plug-and-play solution, though this is understandable given the complexity of remote workflow software. The telephonic support was available to assist during first steps but less necessary after that. So the overall outcome is positive, balancing initial work with easier day-to-day operation going forward.
