Training clicked halfway through
I found the onboarding and training experience quite different from what I've used before. Initially, the software felt less intuitive and the training materials seemed generic compared to my past systems, which had more interactive elements. However, after a couple of sessions and trying to use the dialer and database myself, things started to click. The automated updates helped streamline some of the cumbersome manual steps I was used to, even if at first it was confusing how those updates would affect ongoing tasks. The telephonic support was helpful, though not always immediately available. Signing up and the invoicing process was straightforward and matched what I expected, which gave me some reassurance during the early phase. On the downside, some parts of the training felt repetitive and could have been more tailored to actual workflows instead of generic overviews. So, the overall experience was mixed. Once I found the right rhythm, I could appreciate the efficiency gains, but the learning curve was steeper than expected. I would say the training eventually served its purpose, but it took longer compared to other platforms I'd dealt with.
