Labels and Wording Led to Mixed Understanding
When I first explored the WFHI platform during onboarding, the wording on several features seemed straightforward, but at other points, it was confusing enough to slow my progress. For instance, some labels in the database tool didn’t clearly describe their function, which meant I ended up guessing until it made sense through trial and error. On the other hand, the sign-up and invoicing terms were clearly presented, so I felt confident while managing payments. The call dialer interface was simpler than expected, but I noticed a lack of consistency in buttons' names that made navigation awkward sometimes. The training sessions did provide explanations but occasionally used jargon without sufficient context for newcomers. Overall, the wording worked well in standard areas like invoicing, but in more specialized sections, I often had to pause and rethink what was intended. It wasn’t entirely straightforward, which made the initial phase of using the software less smooth than I’d hoped. I appreciate how the team updated some labels based on feedback, but there’s still room for improvement before everything reads naturally from a new user’s perspective.
