clear labels helped but some wording confused
When I first accessed the software, the labels mostly matched what I expected from similar tools, which was nice. It was easy to navigate to the database and calling dialer sections thanks to straightforward names. However, a few terms didn’t quite fit my expectations — for example, some menu items used jargon I hadn’t seen before, which made finding certain features slower than I'd hoped. I had to double-check the guide to understand a few options. This contrast between clarity in some parts and confusion in others made the experience mixed: I liked the general layout and found it approachable, but the inconsistent wording did slow me down occasionally. Overall, the software is usable once you get accustomed to the specific labelling, but a bit more standardized wording would help users get started faster.
