I've gone through a fair share of software like this, and honestly, I was pretty wary about the wording and labels here. At first, it just felt like random jargon thrown at me. The database was named something different than what I was used to, and terms like 'workflow tickets' instead of 'tasks' had me scratching my head for a while. It took me until the training midway to actually get a handle on the lingo — that’s when it clicked. Seeing the labels paired with real examples in training made things clear. The dialer setup was similarly confusing initially, with buttons that seemed misplaced or labeled vaguely, but once I dove in during a live call simulation, I finally saw how they worked as one integrated tool. I’m still not 100% sold on some of the navigation paths, but the moment the labels started making sense felt like crossing a threshold from guessing to knowing. After that, the software was a lot less frustrating, even if I’ve seen clearer wording elsewhere before.
