Everything felt overwhelming when things first went wrong
My experience with the training and onboarding was quite frustrating. At one point, during a critical stage of the software introduction, I encountered a technical issue that stopped progress completely. The way the system handled this glitch felt very clunky and underprepared. It was hard to find the right help immediately, and the instructions given did not address the actual problem I faced as clearly as I had hoped. The overall flow of the onboarding felt disjointed because of this hiccup, making me question how stable the training setup really was for new users like myself. Beyond that one specific moment, it was difficult to get a consistent sense of guidance or follow-up assistance. The training modules seemed abstract and not tailored well enough to real-time troubles. I tried to push through, but the experience left me doubting whether I'd signed up for something that could actually work for my needs. It didn’t feel smooth or supportive in those early crucial steps, and that first impression hasn’t improved much since then. If the system had been better equipped to cope with unexpected errors, I might have had a very different feeling about it all.
