overall onboarding experience felt kinda frustrating
I remember starting with the training and onboarding process and feeling a mixed bag of things. On one hand, the training material was comprehensive and well laid out, covering the core software features fairly well. But at the same time, the pace felt a bit rushed for someone like me, who’s not very tech savvy. I ended up needing help more than once to get properly set up, which was a bit disappointing because I hoped the onboarding would make me self-sufficient. Telephonic support was helpful, but honestly, waiting on calls was a hassle. The database features and dialer tools were explained but not always in practical terms, so without additional help, I wasn’t certain I'd manage as smoothly next time. All in all, the training was useful but left me feeling I needed external clarifications to really get comfortable, so I’d probably reach out for help again to avoid confusion. The experience was okay but somewhat overwhelming, not quite the seamless start I’d wished for.
