Not suitable for users needing simple billing clarity
I found the billing and payment labels used within the WFHI platform somewhat confusing. The terminology was often inconsistent, which made it difficult to understand what charges were for which services. For someone with less experience in billing systems, this could easily cause misunderstandings or errors in payment. The invoicing lacked clear descriptors, causing me to spend additional time verifying details. Despite the suboptimal clarity, the payment process itself functioned without major technical issues. However, overall the wording detracted from ease of use, and I would not recommend it to people who prefer straightforward, simple billing systems. Those who are comfortable with more technical or detailed invoicing might handle this better. I expected clearer language for a system designed for remote workflows, but the labels occasionally seemed like they belonged to a more complex enterprise solution. More intuitive billing communication would improve the experience for typical users who are not experts in financial terminology.
