Expected smooth start; got few bumps and fixes on the way
When I signed up for WFHI’s training and onboarding, I expected a relatively seamless experience since the instructions looked clear at first glance. Initially, the sessions went well, and I felt I was making good progress understanding the remote workflow software and dialer tools. But then a few things started going wrong, like the database didn’t synchronize properly, and some calls weren’t registering as expected. The process was a bit frustrating, and I went back and forth with support multiple times. Eventually, they helped sort out the glitches and updated the software automatically, which fixed most of the issues. Looking back, it’s clear their system wasn’t perfect, but they did keep trying until the problems were solved. So, while I didn’t get the smooth start I hoped for, the persistence from their side partially made up for it. I reckon this experience reflects a realistic setup process when you’re adopting new tech of this nature.
