Mujhe support system itna acha nahi laga. Jyada information khud se search karni padi, aur kabhi kabhi samajhna mushkil hua. Ye maximum clarity nahi deti jab kisi problem ka samna hota hai. Sirf kuch FAQs mein thodi madad mili, lekin overall communication frustrating tha. Thoda better hona chahiye, bas ek or do cheezein theek hain jo thodi madadgar hui.
