Your onboarding suits self-starters but others might need help
I found the WFHI training and onboarding process quite straightforward once I got myself settled into it. The step-by-step guidance was clear enough to navigate the software and its features like the dialer and database tools. I appreciated how the automatic updates came through seamlessly without interrupting my workflow. However, I recognize that if someone is less comfortable with software or remote systems, they might require extra support beyond what’s offered in the training content. The telephonic support was available, but I managed fine mostly by going through the modules on my own. Signing up and the payment process was simple and clear, which helped me get started quickly. I also liked having access to invoices conveniently. If you prefer learning through practice and minimal hand-holding, your setup would suit you well. For anyone expecting lots of personalized assistance or hand-holding through every step, you might find yourself needing to reach out for help more often than you’d like. Still, overall it’s a reliable system that I can see myself continuing to use without much hassle.
