Your invoicing clarity really helped, but payment options confused me
I want to say that your invoicing process was quite clear and straightforward, which helped a lot in understanding what I was signing up for. I appreciated the detailed invoices and the way they broke down charges. That part went well and helped build my trust in the system. However, the payment methods available were a bit confusing to navigate at first. I wasn’t sure which option was best for my needs, and the interface could have been more intuitive about showing the differences. You made invoicing easy enough, so that was positive, but the inconsistency in the payment UI took some of that confidence away. Overall, while invoicing transparency was a highlight, payment steps could use clearer guidance for a smoother experience next time.
