Your clear training materials made onboarding easier
I have tried other remote workflow platforms before, and I’d say your training and onboarding were notably organized and user-friendly in comparison. The step-by-step instructions and video tutorials made it easier to get through the initial setup without feeling overwhelmed. I especially liked how you guided us through using the calling tools and dialer, which can be tricky otherwise. The database features also integrated smoothly into my daily routine, making tracking information simpler than my past experiences. That said, I found some parts of the training a bit too fast-paced, which could have been slowed down or reinforced by practice exercises. This made me wish for a little more interactivity or checkpoints before moving on. Overall though, you made onboarding less stressful than I expected, and the materials were clear enough to make most things click quickly.
