You were slow but a couple things worked alright

You were slow in responding to my calls and questions which was frustrating because I had deadlines to consider. However, the support staff who answered did seem knowledgeable and tried to help within their limits. Your software updates worked fine and improved some features as promised, which was one positive aspect. But communication felt disjointed and inconsistent; I often had to follow up multiple times before getting any answer. Most importantly, the lack of timely responses undermined the overall support experience. I wish you would improve speed and coordination because the helpful hints are wasted if they don’t reach on time. There's potential here but the delivery must get better for users like me.
