I did not feel stuck at any point, and the software’s handling of database entries was seamless, meaning I didn't have to repeatedly input the same data or wait for it to refresh. Even automatic updates occurred quietly in the background without interrupting my workflow, which was a pleasant surprise given the usual hassles I’ve encountered elsewhere. Your dialer and calling tools responded immediately and I didn’t have to worry about frustrating lag or dropped calls. The support team was readily available when I needed clarification during training but mostly I managed independently, which shows the design is intuitive. In all, I was bracing myself for long pauses or confusion but your software handled repetition and waiting times so well that it felt like a breath of fresh air. That definitely stood out to me as I continue using it every day now.
