You surprised me with how incomplete your sales support was

I decided to try WFHI’s software and training because it seemed like a comprehensive package for remote workflow setups. However, I was really surprised at how much I had to work out on my own from the sales and pre-purchase info. There was no clear guidance on how the calling tools especially the dialer would integrate with my current database, so I struggled to understand even basic functionalities before buying. The sign-up and invoicing processes weren’t clearly explained upfront either, leaving me confused about payment options and billing cycles. I expected detailed on-boarding walkthroughs right after purchasing, but the training was minimal and I was mostly left to explore the software and figure things out by trial and error. This lack of support made the whole experience frustrating and I felt misled about the ease of use. You need to provide far clearer pre-sale information and a more structured path for new users. I wasn’t prepared for so much ambiguity and had to spend a lot of time troubleshooting alone. For anyone else considering WFHI, I would strongly urge you to demand better upfront guidance because the current setup surprised me in a negative way.
