I want to be straightforward about my experience with your support and communication. On the positive side, I appreciated the effort to keep in touch regularly and the telephonic support was polite and reasonably helpful when I called. However, sometimes the responses were delayed and not very clear, which made me feel uncertain about the status of my issues. By the end of the process, I had some confidence that problems would be addressed eventually, but it wasn’t consistent throughout. I think better clarity and quicker updates could help users feel more secure. So, while your team did good work trying to assist, the communication gaps made me hold back from feeling fully confident.
