I went in hoping the software would behave exactly as promised in the sales material, but honestly you fell short in my experience. I was looking for something straightforward to set up with minimal fuss, but your onboarding and training made it feel more complicated than necessary. The dialer and database features did not always work smoothly day to day; calls sometimes dropped or didn't update the database correctly, which was frustrating. Also, the automatic updates occasionally changed things without clear notice, leaving me confused for a while.
