you provide good tools, but some self-exploration is needed
You’ve built a strong software package overall, and I found the interface mostly accessible. However, I did have to spend quite a bit of time figuring out some aspects on my own, like customizing the database entries to fit my specific workflow and adjusting the dialer settings. The automatic updates worked smoothly, so I didn’t have to worry about manual changes to stay current. Still, it wasn’t always obvious where certain features were, and the initial onboarding was helpful but didn’t cover everything in detail. I recognize that you expect users to explore the platform somewhat independently to get the most from it. That's fine because it proved to be a good way to learn what makes sense for my needs. The invoicing and payment processes were transparent and straightforward, which I appreciated. Overall, there’s a nice balance between guidance and discovery—you do provide necessary training and support but expect people to figure out finer points themselves. That’s both a strength and a mild drawback depending on what kind of learner you are.
