You never made it easy to find what I actually needed
You really made it difficult to find the support and communication options I was looking for. The menus were confusing and nothing seemed straightforward in the beginning. I tried calling the support helpline several times, but couldn’t get through quickly or get clear answers. While using the software, I felt lost because the instructions were not easy to locate or follow. Signing up was okay but finding proper assistance afterward was frustrating. When I needed the database details or help with the dialer, I had to spend a lot of time on trial and error instead of getting quick guidance. I wanted to set up the system smoothly but everything was more complicated than it should have been, and honestly it never really clicked for me. This made the whole process quite disappointing and not what I expected from a remote workflow product.
