I tried to find precise details about the software and training you offer before signing up. Unfortunately, your website and sales materials were not clear or detailed enough to help me decide. Each time I sought information or contacted sales, I ended up more confused about which package would suit me best. There was a moment when I hoped things would become clearer, especially about billing and software features, but that never happened. The process felt frustrating because I had to hunt for information that should have been upfront. Sign-up and invoicing details were vague, so I hesitated. Ultimately, this lack of clarity stopped me from getting started, as I could not confidently select or pay for the right tools. A more transparent pre-purchase phase would have made a big difference, but unfortunately it did not happen.
