You need to make onboarding less one-time and more practical

I really want to be straightforward with you about how the training and onboarding went. Most of the setup seemed like a one-off thing, where I was expected to learn everything at once. That made it feel overwhelming rather than supportive. I wished there was a better ongoing system that guided me through the next steps gradually over time. Your training materials felt too condensed to cover all the nuances I needed for everyday use. The dialer and database features have so many details that I had to figure out by trial and error without much follow-up help. Getting through the sign-up and payments was easier than I expected, but still, the first few days left me confused because there wasn’t a clear path after onboarding. Honestly, if I were advising a friend, I would say the whole process felt more like diving into deep water without a floatation device. You should consider spreading out the learning curve so that users aren’t left stranded after the initial introduction. The support calls sometimes helped, but they didn’t replace a step-by-step long-term onboarding plan. Please improve how the training is structured so it's more of a journey than a one-time sprint.
