You need to fix the confusing onboarding steps

You really should reconsider the order of steps in your onboarding process. It felt like I was asked to do things out of logical sequence, which made it hard to get started properly. The training materials didn't help much because they jumped around instead of following a natural progression. This disorganized approach led to a lot of wasted time and frustration. I honestly felt like I was just fumbling around without clear guidance. If you want customers to actually use your software effectively, try to make the steps follow a clear, sensible order. Right now, it feels like a mess and it definitely needs improvement from your side.
