You nailed the onboarding step
You really got the sequence right when it came to getting me started with WFHI software. At first, I was worried the onboarding would be clunky, like many other tools I've tried before. But the order of steps was logical, moving from signing up to training, then into using the dialer and database features. This made it simpler to build my understanding progressively. Automatic updates didn’t interfere with my work, which I appreciated, as they happened naturally in the background. I found support easily accessible when I needed it, which helped clarify a few decisions around invoicing and payments. The only small hitch was a slight delay in receiving my first invoice after signing up, but that didn’t throw off my rhythm much. Otherwise, everything felt well designed and thoughtfully arranged. I think that getting the steps in a sensible order made a big difference in how smoothly I could start using the system.
