You missed the simple search that I needed
I was really hoping your software would make it easy to find the data and tools I required quickly, but that was not the case at all. Instead, I found myself clicking through long menus with no clear guidance and often end up in a maze of unrelated options. It feels like you did not prioritize intuitive navigation. Accessing my account and getting started was frustrating because the dashboard did not highlight what I needed to focus on right away. No clear labels or search filters meant I had to waste a lot of time guessing where things might be. I appreciate automatic updates, but they didn’t seem to improve the core issue of locating features efficiently. This lack of basic functionality made me question using the software again. You need to rethink how your users discover what they need, otherwise the learning curve is too steep for anyone wanting to work remotely without constant support. I really wanted a smooth experience but was left with a jumble instead. Hopefully you listen to feedback like mine and improve usability because right now it just does not work for me at all.
