You missed clear communication and confidence
You really did not provide me with enough clear explanations during my time using the software and calling tools. I was left without confidence about whether my account was set up correctly or if I was using the database feature properly. The training was there but often vague; I lacked practical guidance and straightforward answers when I contacted support. You also seemed slow in responding on the phone which did not help me feel reassured. I had a small hope that things might improve but ended up just feeling more confused about the process and waiting for updates that didn't fully clarify anything.
