Using your software on a daily basis has been mostly positive, but there is a feature gap needing attention. Accessing the database and calling functions works well without glitches, and the dialer is reliable for my routine tasks. However, you didn’t provide sufficient options for customizing my workspace or saving preferred settings, which would improve efficiency drastically. Over the week, I used the training materials and got familiar with the tools, yet the lack of some personalization slowed me down. Automatic updates usually brought relevant patches, but having updates pushed without notice occasionally interrupted workflow. The onboarding was clear, so initial access was easy, yet long-term use highlighted missing conveniences you could add to make the experience smoother for frequent users like me.
