You missed a couple of steps that slowed me down
Right from the beginning, I found the process of getting started with your software took more time than I anticipated. The sign-up and invoicing parts went smoothly without much hassle, which was a relief. However, when it came to onboarding and installing the calling tools, I noticed some steps were missing or not fully explained, which held me back. It felt like I had to figure out parts of the database setup with limited support, which slowed down my workflow considerably. I expected a more guided and faster process, but instead, the delays meant I spent several extra days getting things in order. The automatic updates were neat and helpful once they started running, but those initial hiccups made me feel a bit frustrated. If you’d included a more comprehensive onboarding flow that accounted for different user levels, it could have shortened the overall timeline significantly. While your telephonic support was available, it often felt reactive rather than proactively guiding me through these first steps. So, from my experience, you should improve the pre-launch assistance to reduce the learning curve. Other than that, ongoing use was better, but the missing details during the onset were an avoidable obstacle that could make or break someone new to this type of software.
