You might like it if you can handle some bumps
You provided decent support during my experience, which made a difference, but I ended up feeling mixed about the whole communication process. On the positive side, when I called for telephonic support, the assistance was polite and generally helpful with software issues, especially with the dialer and database functions. However, I was left unsure sometimes due to inconsistent information or delays in follow-ups. The training was satisfactory but didn’t quite cover everything, so I had to learn parts myself. If you are comfortable working independently and responding to occasional support gaps, this might suit you fine. On the other hand, if you require very prompt, detailed guidance at every step, you might find the communication lacking. The invoicing and payment procedures went smoothly and were well laid out, which was a relief. Ultimately, confidence depends on what you need from a remote workflow product and how much you benefit from self-directed learning versus ongoing support. So, I think it fits some but not all types of users equally well.
