You met most of my expectations but some gaps remain
When I started using your software, I expected straightforward access to all the tools and support whenever needed. You did provide that access, and I found the telephonic support fairly easy to reach. The staff handled my queries reasonably well and walking me through certain features was helpful. However, at times I felt the database navigation wasn’t as intuitive as I thought it would be. It made finding specific items somewhat slower than expected. The automatic updates sometimes caused minor disruptions rather than seamless improvements. In all, you delivered a decent experience, but I believe some fine-tuning on responsiveness and user interface could really close the gaps on what you promise and what I experienced.
